Shipping and Delivery

In-Store Pickup

Please allow 1 Business Day from the time you place your order for it to be processed. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. In-store pick-up requires that you have your order number along with a photo ID. In store pick-up requires that you pick up your order within 2 weeks after receiving the confirmation email that your order is ready during the semester.  Orders not picked up within the allotted time will be returned and are subject to a restocking fee.


KU Campus Store uses UPS and US Postal Service for shipping of orders. Due to varying carrier pick up times, Orders are generally shipped same or next business days when items are in stock.  Orders placed after noon Friday will be shipped on Monday (next business day).


Regular ground shipping (3-5 day) orders will be charged $9.99 for shipping and handling.

Express Ground shipping (2-3 day) orders will be charged $19.99 for shipping and handling.


Exceptions to this rate include: 

• Gift card only (no additional products): FREE

• Heavy or oversized items may be charged the actual shipping fee and you will be contacted with rates.


Please allow 7 business days for your order to be delivered depending upon distance from Kutztown, PA. Orders will have a tracking number assigned and will be emailed to you when your order ships. Please contact us at 610.683.4099 for other shipping options.

Incorrect / Damaged Merchandise

If you received incorrect merchandise, or if you received a damaged product, please contact us at 610.683.4099. A return address for errors or returns is included in all orders
