Shipping and Delivery

In-Store Pickup

Please allow approximately 2 Business Days from the time you place your order for it to be processed. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. For example, if you place your order Saturday night at 8:00 pm, please allow 48 hours from 8:00 am Monday for your order to be processed and ready for pick up in the store. In store pick-up requires that you have your order number along with a photo ID. In store pick-up requires that you pick up your order within 1 week after the first day of class or 1 week after receiving the confirmation email that your order is ready during the semester.  Orders not picked up within the allotted time will be returned and are subject to a restocking fee .


KU Campus Store uses UPS and US Postal Service for shipping of orders. Orders are generally processed within 1 business day, but it may take up to 3 business days depending upon the volume of orders. Orders placed the week before and the week after the first day of classes may be subject to the longer processing time due to the large volume of course material orders received during this period. 

Regular ground shipping orders are charged $9.25 for shipping and handling.

Exceptions to this rate include: 

Gift card only (no additional products): FREE

Diploma Frames (no additional products): $ 12.95

  Heavy or oversized items will be charged the actual shipping fee 


Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be delivered depending upon distance from Kutztown, PA. Orders will have a tracking number assigned and will be emailed to you when your order ships.
